Refund Policy – Chorelist.co.za

At Chorelist, we take care to ensure that every chore chart is produced and packaged to the highest standard before it is shipped.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns once an order has been delivered, except in cases where the item arrives damaged.

Damaged Items

If your chore chart arrives damaged, you may request a replacement or refund subject to the following conditions:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of the parcel being marked as delivered.

  • Your email must include clear photographic evidence of the damage, including the product and packaging where applicable.

  • Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be considered.

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange either:

  • A replacement item, or

  • A refund, at our discretion.

How to Report Damage

Please send your claim and photos to:

Include the following information in your email:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the damage

  • Photos showing the damaged item

Our team will review your claim and respond as quickly as possible.
